Update on the Asbury Visitation

I listened to a video by Rick Curry who’s been doing a lot of on the ground broadcasting about what’s happening in Asbury. He’s talked to the president of the college few times.
The town of Wilmore has a population of 6,000 people. There’s about half that amount on the campus of people coming in from all over the state, country and the world. It’s incredible the hunger of people who stand in line just to get into 1 of now 4 buildings. The most exciting thing is hearing that the hunger is spreading from City to City. Right now Rick Curry said that people can’t even get into the town of Wilmore. It’s packed. I can’t even imagine what the hospitality industry is experiencing right now because they were not prepared for anything like this, as well.
There is another city close by with a large meeting area that Rick talked about. Not sure if that will open up soon. I can’t imagine on a college campus where they still have to hold classes because not every single student is in every meeting and they’re paying to go to the college. Knowing that there is reality of even simple things like cleaning up the chapel and providing bathrooms and food. To watch some of the videos that Rick is posted with people walking up and down to those who are waiting in line and handing out sandwiches to them while they’re standing out in the cold snow to get in the building. That’s amazing. I have heard of a food cart just cooking and donating as a sigh of love and service.
Here is the link to Rick Curry’s post where he shows the line and the town and the church. (disclaimer, I don’t know who he is or what his ministry or beliefs are. I have been listening to his unbiased reports about Asbury) https://fb.watch/iN0nlpCAdj/?mibextid=RUbZ1f

My prayers is that every city would begin to experience this hunger. But it also requires locations to provide space and time for God to move outside of a one or two hour church service. It’ll be very exciting to see what happens in the coming days who’s going to respond to the call of this Awakening that is happening in our country.

It’s been so exciting in my own heart to see God starting to move in our country. It’s way more peaceful than focusing on challenging seasons of life. But I think that’s the key, bringing God into our challenging seasons. We don’t have to go to Kentucky, we can worship God as we’re watching the dishes or getting ready for the day or driving in the car. We just have to turn our eyes and hearts to Him.

What we’re seeing is people wanting to be in God’s presence and sacrificing their time in life to press into that. They know there is nothing flashy in the flesh but the glory of God is what is shining!
In Jeremiah 29:13-14 Amplified version it says “Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you,’ says the LORD, ‘and I will restore your fortunes and I will [free you and] gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,’ says the LORD, ‘and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.’

Are we seeking Him every day? When we do, we notice a change in our own heart and life. Does it mean everything is going to be easy? No, it just means that we know where our source of strength and peace is. It’s found through the veil that was Ripped in two when Jesus died on the cross, it is found in the holy holies that we can approach the throne of grace with boldness and confidence because of the blood of Jesus that covers Us.

Wow! I don’t want to forget, one of the most incredible things that Rick talked about in his last video was that there is a church up the road from the Asbury campus that is opened its doors around the clock for people to come for food and prayer. That my friends, is unity. That is the body of Christ being the body. I’d love to hear of other churches in that area who are doing the same thing. The Bible is very clear when it says where there is Unity there is a commanded blessing
(Ps 133:1-3)
I want to see every Church in our nation come together with one heart with no agenda of trying to outdo the other, no jealousy no envy no strife, let’s put Jesus as a center and give him the glory.
He said if I am lifted up then I will draw all men unto me. (John 12:32)
It’s time to lift him up. It can start with a pure and hungry heart in your own City, home and church. Let it spread!

This is an incredible behind the scenes look at how the Asbury student worship teams prepare! Check this out! https://www.facebook.com/100064269926942/posts/576153857870273/?mibextid=Nif5oz

Testimonies are carved in the Darkest Valley

It is in the darkest valley where our testimony is carved. Every twist and turn (what we do, what is done to us and how we respond to it) is a pathway that will become our story.
If we “Choose” in that time to cling with our spirit and soul (mind, will & emotions) to Jesus, trusting and not doubting His words……we will see the deliverance of our God in ways that will astound us!

The flooding waters of God will come and fill every crack, twist and turn till that valley becomes a mighty rushing river. Making streams in the desert and an oasis for those in a dry and parched land.
DO NOT LOSE HOPE.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run into it and are saved. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Prov 18:10

So they will fear the name of the LORD from the west And His glory from the rising of the sun. For He will come in like a narrow, rushing stream Which the breath of the LORD drives [overwhelming the enemy]. Isaiah 59:19

The Lord will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing. – Isaiah 51:3

I realized I have never copied this to my website blog . I had written this in April 2022 on my Live Life Out Loud For God Facebook page.

I will never forget writing this post after I took my kids to school about 1 month after we told our kids that my husband wanted a divorce. I’ll never forget pulling over on the side of the street weeping and crying out to God. I didn’t want to go home, I just wanted to be by myself and in my car. It’s in those times of deep anguish crying out to God where we can identify in the tiniest bit what Jesus went through in the Garden of Gethsemane. When we pour out to God in our deepest anguish he hears us and he responds to us.

This picture and word was God’s gift to me that day. It gave me such hope for my future that had completely been shattered of what I thought it would ever be. There’s nothing like spending time in God’s presence and allowing him to hold us and speak healing life back into us. I’m so thankful he speaks to us in the valley. Time for the rivers of heaven to flood us!

How do you Measure Faith?

How do you measure faith? If it takes a mustard seed size faith to move a mountain (Matt 17:20), then how much faith to see someone healed?

Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.

Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses].” Hebrews 11:1 Amplified

To me, Faith is trusting in the character of God beyond my own understanding.
When I pray for something and it does not happen, even praying with complete faith and trust, if I say this did not happen because I did not have enough faith, I put all the pressure and blame on myself.

That is exactly what the enemy wants to happen! When I don’t get what I pray for the enemy would want me to doubt my faith in God. As a result, the enemy’s goal would be for me to start doubting God is who He says He is and will do what He says He will do.

When I pray for something in faith believing God’s will to be done above my own, something switches from me being responsible for the answer to leaving it in God’s hand and trusting HIM to have the answer in His timing.

When I pray, Father, Your Kingdom Come On Earth as it is in heaven, not my will be done but Yours be done (Matt 6:10). My focus shifts on Him and His kingdom which is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Rom 14:17). If I can have peace and joy while walking in righteousness (right standing in him) before Him, then I am experiencing the kingdom of God.
If I live in that mindset it puts my focus on Him for whatever happens in my life.

By praying this way, I am focusing my attention on the Father, instead of my attention on the problem. If my trust and focus is on Him, not just relying on whatever size of faith I have, it begins to take my focus off of the issue. That begins to remove fear, doubt and disillusionment that can take place when you are surrounded by circumstances outside of your control.

Again, if I pray and think my faith will get me this answer, then my attention focuses on myself. I believe that is the opposite of what God intends for prayer.

I want my focus to be on the immense love of God, that he has me in the palm of his hands and whatever life and people throw at me I can rest in confidence in him. His character never changes his word never changes, his promises never fail.
Happy Monday!

The picture in this post was a gift from God last year. I took it right down the street from my house when Mount Hood had the most incredible lenticular clouds over the top. It’s a treasure.

Closing Doors In Our Home

Let’s talk about opening & closing doors in the home. Something pretty incredible happened this week that was quite the learning experience. I knew better. Long but worth it post.

A few years ago my daughter’s friends were telling her to watch a TV series called Once Upon a Time. It takes Disney stories and brings them to life and has them trapped in the real world. When my daughter was younger I told her she could not watch it because I had heard there was some dark aspects of it.

Forward to the last couple weeks where I told her that I would watch it with her (she is almost 15). We both knew it was showing things on there I typically wouldn’t have in our house in regards to magic. But the storyline was good and intriguing so we kept watching it.
There were times where I asked her if it was too heavy and we would take a break. But then this week when we watched a few episodes, during one of the episodes my 18 yr old son came in for lunch and he heard one phrase that was spoken where Rumplestilskin was evoking a dark spirit. He said he had chills go through his body. That night I was up late reading my Bible. My daughter stood in my doorway at 12:30AM with a startled look on her face. She said that she left her room to go to the bathroom and when she came back her desk chair was turned towards the wall. She said it wasn’t like that when she left and it made her scared. I went in her room and prayed for her and prayed for peace for her room.

Then the next morning when my son was eating breakfast he did not look right. He looked heavy and down, not just tired. I asked him if he was okay and he said he felt like he did something wrong but he didn’t know what he did. He said he just felt weird inside.
That same day my daughter kept on looking at me and asking me what was wrong. She said something in my eyes looked different. I was baffled because to me I was just hot and at the time I was getting my lunch so I was hungry and maybe a little agitated. But she said there was something else.
That afternoon I talked to them about what I think was happening and that we need to spend some time praying over the house when we get home from youth group. I told the kids that I realized what I had done, as the adult allowing a open door in the spirit to have access in our home the last few weeks. When we willingly engage by watching or listening to even very light occultic/demonic activities, by our choice it allows an Open Door in the spirit Realm because we have given it legal access.

But the good news is we have Authority in the name of Jesus to close that door. We stood in the living room and I led the prayer and then they prayed their own prayers. I repented and asked forgiveness for opening the door to the enemy. That I was wrong even after feeling a check in my spirit I shouldn’t have kept going. I asked Jesus to close that door and fill our home with his perfect love that casts out all fear. Declared the blood of Jesus is over our home and all evil spirits must go! After the kids prayed we took oil and anointed every single window, door and electronic equipment and screen, declaring the blood of Jesus over everything.

My son stayed downstairs after we anointed with oil. When I came down to turn off the lights he was walking around playing worship music and praying and declaring every demon needs to flee his home in Jesus name. He was walking in an authority and passion like I had never seen before. I was so proud of him and so comforted at the same time for him to step up in leadership in this way.

The most incredible thing was waking up on Thursday and having peace, joy and freedom. It might be a simple thing or very complicated for some people to understand. All the more I know now, when my kids or I have a check in our Spirit about what was being watched, we need to keep out anything that has a resemblance to the occult.
It’s not worth it. It’s Entertainment masked as light or fun. But the enemy can get in and will stay there if we are not sensitive and tell him to get out. Some shows are darker than others and each of us has to use our own discernment as to what our spirit can allow. But after talking to my daughter, we agreed we’re not watching anymore of that show, even though we are curious what will happen. Guess she can ask her friends and get the cliff notes.

I pray sharing my experience helps you to identify things in your home that could possibly be giving the enemy legal access to bring torment. I have prayed through my home countless times when I felt or knew something was wrong. The biggest step is repentance and renouncing sin or the allowing of something to come into the home. The Authority that Christ is giving us under the blood of Jesus has a power to kick out every evil spirit in your home. It takes us recognizing it even if we don’t know specifically what is causing the torment. We can start with repentance and going around the home and declaring the blood of Jesus over every entryway. Closing our Eye gate, Ear gate and heartgate is so important. For us and our children.

There have been times where someone’s been in my house that I knew in my spirit something was wrong, so I went through and prayed after they left. Another time when our first born was just a toddler we had someone babysit him who we knew wasn’t a Christian and she gave him a hanging mobile. We put it up in his room that night and he woke up screaming bloody murder for no reason. I recognized what had happened with the thing that she had giving him that we put up in his room. It was taken outside and destroyed and we prayed over the house and he had no problems after that with his sleep being disturbed. The kingdom aof light and the kingdom of darkness are constantly at war with each other. But we have the authority as sons and daughters of God, under his blood. There is power in the blood of Jesus to break every chain!

Wake Up Spirit! Declaring scripture over our prayer targets.

Going on the theme of yesterday’s post, this scripture was burning in my heart this morning for some of the people I’m praying for. I encourage you to speak out loud this verse but insert the name of the person you are praying for in place of the word “You”.

I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will [continue to] perfect and complete it until the day of Christ Jesus [the time of His return]. Philippians 1:6 Amplified Version

SO, SAY THIS. GET IT INTO YOUR SPIRIT AND “STIR UP” YOUR FAITH!

I am convinced and confident that He who HAS begun a good work in _________ WILL COMPLETE IT until the day that Jesus Christ returns.

Amen!

Philippians 1:6

There’s something that happens in your spirit when you hear with your ears what you are thinking in your mind. The Bible talks about our thoughts being powerful but even more powerful is declaring the word of God in a situation and joining together your thoughts and heart for someone.

When our faith is “stirred” it means that we are activating it. Like when you put yeast in bread dough. That dough would just sit there and do nothing if the yeast was not added. In the Bible it talks about a little leaven, leavens the whole lump. So does our faith when it is activated in our spirit. It takes our thoughts and emotions and joins it with our spirit. That is where we began to see things from Heaven’s perspective instead of an Earthly perspective. It allows us to gain hope when everything we see in the natural seems hopeless.

So say to your spirit Wake Up! Start declaring with your mouth the Word of God over those who are praying for and in your own situations. There is nothing like getting out of your own pit by focusing your thoughts and prayers on someone else. We can get caught in our own bubble of a world and look at our own junk and situations causing us to go in a downward spiral.

What we need to do is get our eyes OFF of ourselves, and on to Christ. Through Christ see will people through His eyes and partner with Him to see breakthrough for someone else. That is when you begin to feel lighter and start feeling hope and joy in your own life.

It’s time to start declaring the word of God and stirring up our spirit with faith!

We sang this song when I was little. I love singing scripture!

Asking the Holy Spirit to Hover Over Your Prayer Targets

I heard a message years ago from Beni Johnson that talked about praying for our kids that the Holy Spirit would hover over them like the Holy Spirit did over the waters at creation. The testimonies that came in were unbelievable how lives were changed and how the prodigals returned.

I encourage you to listen to this song and where it says “Rest on Us” replace the US with the name of the person you are praying for. It is soo powerful to combine worship with prayer as it releases faith inside of us and joins our hearts and spirit with Papa God.

This song was playing right when I turned my car on this morning on Air1, I’m so thankful!
Now I’m so excited to hear testimonies from you!

National Day Of Prayer for COVID-19 Coronavirus

Today I join with our President and millions of Christians around the USA on this #NationalDayOfPrayer.

I declare #Psalms91 over us. Jesus you said, If I will be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me.” Jesus, I lift you up over the United States, I lift you up over the world. Draw all men and women and children unto you. Stretch out your hand and eliminate #covid19 the #coronavirus. We declare healing for all infected.

The Bible says it is by your stripes Jesus that we have been healed! We declare healing over those who are sick today. Let your people arise with faith and begin to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. This goes for every sickness and every disease. Let us see miracles break out across the country as your people rise in faith for the impossible. The same Holy Spirit that was poured out in Acts NEVER LOST His Power! The Blood of Jesus Never lost its power. The same blood of Jesus that washes away our sins, heals our bodies. Thank you #Jesus for your sacrifice on the cross for us. We declare health and wholeness for every body!

We will not bow to the spirit of fear! We reject fear and receive faith! For the Lord has not given us a spirit of fear but of Power Love and a Sound Mind! Father release a sound mind over every #government official. Let them lead with wisdom. I pray for our President Donald #Trump and First Lady Melania, their family, Vice President Mike Pence and his wife and family. Protect them, give them wisdom and guide them in truth and love. Father your will be done, your kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven. Provide, protect and heal our nation and the nations of the world. For yours is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory Forever Amen!

Are you willing to go beyond the rent veil?

When you hear the verse, the glory of the latter house will be greater than the former – this is just a taste of what it means.

The very second Jesus died on the cross, the veil of the temple ripped top to bottom. That veil was as thick as a man’s hand about 4 inches thick. It took 300 priests to hold on to it and replace it every year. It was so strong that neither an earthquake or 2 horses on each side couldn’t pull it apart. It was 60′ long and 30′ high. Why is that so important?

THAT IS HOW MUCH GOD WANTED TO INTERACT PERSONALLY WITH HIS PEOPLE. The death of Jesus on the cross allows anyone free access to the most holy of holy places. The very intimate manifest presence of God!! How many times are we satisfied to stay in the outer courts and just watch or participate from a distance? We have access to the very intimate place that before Jesus’ death was only accessed 1 time a year by a priest who had to be 100% pure and blameless, with a cord and bell wrapped around his ankle. Why? Because if he entered behind the veil with any sin or did anything wrong God would strike him dead. He had a bell so people outside would know if he was dead or not then they would pull him out by the Rope. Imagine the level of fear and reverence for the presence of God they had.

We have a choice, we can choose to stay in the OT times and stay away from the intimate presence of God, or we have a choice to desire more and more of His presence. The enemy has tried everything he can to keep the church from entering into that deep place of worship. He pulls out all the stops and presents just the right formula because he used to be the worship leader of Heaven. He knows the incredible and wonderful joy and freedom that comes from worshipping at the throne room. There is a deeper place we can go, it is there. Many have tasted it. Many have been transformed by it. It takes time, it takes patience, it takes complete abandonment to the Holy Spirit.

If you don’t know what I am talking about, then feel free to message me and I can refer you somewhere where you can experience it. If you want to get a group of people together to press in deeper and spend time waiting on Him, I would love to do it with you. I know my family heritage is saturated with stories of the Glory of God showing up in times of worship and prayer. It is in my DNA, it is who I am. I never want to run away from it. The Glory of God is about to be poured out on the church in a way we have only dreamed of. But we have to want it. We have to be willing to have it change us. We have to be willing for it to not always look and sound perfect.

There is a stirring in the waters again, you can feel it all over this nation. Turn on voice competitions and you will hear worship exploding out of contestants who carry incredible anointings. The judges are stunned moved to tears and don’t even know why! I will tell you why, it is the tangible presence of Almighty God coming down in Love trying to reveal himself to us. The unsaved are Moved by true worshippers. They are not afraid. It is the presence of God that transforms them, draws them and his love is compelling them to draw deeper into his love. If we are afraid of showing the world the passionate love and presence of God through worship, we are missing God’s greatest gift the ability to connect with him on the other side of the rent veil.

I write this after a morning of horrible heavy attack. I’m telling you something real here, the enemy wants to steal your joy, your peace and what you feel God’s call is on your life. He did with me this morning. I contacted 2 of my closest friends one here and one on the other side of the world and begged them to pray for me. This stupid thing lifted as I came into agreement with them, rebuked the enemy asked for forgiveness to God for coming into agreement with those lies and God set me free.

Hallelujah! I know Gods purpose is good and He will make a way where there is no way!

I started off this post wanting to share with you 2 Corinthians 3:7-18 but God had something else in mind. Haha.

But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away, how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious? For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory. For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels. For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious. Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech—unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away. But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. – 2 Corinthians 3:7-18 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2Corinthians3:7-18&version=NKJV

Be blessed, and Press In!

Dream with God

Do you realize that when you have dreams that are far superior to what you ever thought you could accomplish that God knows that is just the tip of the iceberg for the Destiny has for you. I’m telling you this, dreaming with God is like nothing else on earth! Tim and I started dreaming, strategizing and putting together the numbers for a different focus in our business. It would put our tables in places that we have only dreamed about so far. Looking at the numbers with the expenses of a very expensive to run business we didn’t know how it would be possible.

💥BUT WITH GOD NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! 🌈 WE HAVE SAID SINCE THE VERY BEGINNING THIS IS HIS BUSINESS AND HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT IF WE LISTEN TO HIS VOICE AND OBEY!!

So just now someone came down from Alaska and bought enough slabs to finance our new endeavor that we will be doing in June. More details of that to come! Ha ha 😁🙏🏻👍🏻
Matthew 6:8 “for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.”

HE SURE DOES!!!
🤷🏼‍♀️ When you are at a point in life or you are feeling stuck and not advancing. There’s a reason you’re feeling that. God is a rustling the ground under your feet. It doesn’t mean jump ship and do something stupid and crazy 🤦🏼‍♀️. It means he is starting to prepare you for something and it is our responsibility to SEEK HIM!! 🙏🏻We need to begin to pray and ask him what he has for us, read the Bible🎚, soak in His Presence in worship. 🛁 He is not going to prepare something for you and not tell you about it. 🗣That only happens when we are not in a position to listen. 👂

My husband had a revelation last week that Faith is a VERB. It takes action. I looked up this verse and it says it very clearly. I love the message version

James 2:21-24 Was our father Abraham not shown to be justified by works of obedience which expressed his faith when he offered Isaac his son on the altar as a sacrifice to God?

💥You see that his faith was working together with his works, and as a result of the works, his faith was completed reaching its maturity when he expressed his faith through obedience. 💥

And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and this faith was credited to him by God as righteousness and as conformity to His will,” and he was called the friend of God. You see that a man believer is justified by works and not by faith alone that is, by acts of obedience a born-again believer reveals his faith.

I love how the word of God speaks to all situations to confirm what we are sensing!
More than anything anticipate great things because God loves you and has better plans for your life then you could even imagine.

I will end with one of my favorite life verses! Praise the Lord He sees every day if our life till the end! Hallelujah! He is a good good father!

Isaiah 55:8-13 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts higher than your thoughts. “For as the rain and snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth, Making it bear and sprout, And providing seed to the sower and bread to the eater, So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me void useless, without result, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. “For you will go out from exile with joy And be led forth by the Lord Himself with peace; The mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you, And all the trees of the field will clap their hands. “Instead of the thorn bush the cypress tree will grow, And instead of the nettle the myrtle tree will grow; And it will be a memorial to the Lord, For an everlasting sign of His mercy which will not be cut off.”

Our 45th Presidential Inauguration Saturated in Prayer

For those who missed watching the Presidential Inauguration of Donald Trump and Mike Pence – it has been incredible watching what seems like to be a non-stop prayer meeting. I LOVE IT! Here are some short clips I recorded that morning and put on YouTube of the many prayers over our new president and country. They have now been viewed by thousands of people.

Lets join together and Pray along with them and declare God’s will over our country! Hallelujah
